Leadership Development

Pause and reflection. While the world moves at an insane speed around us, it’s important to recognize and lean into your own values and strengths to steer the ship, even when the course is not fully known. This is where grounded leadership matters most.
Burnout, ambiguity, fatigue- it’s all part of what I help my clients navigate, particularly coaching them with intention through AI disruption.
Through 1:1 executive coaching and leadership development, I support my clients in building the clarity and resilience needed especially during moments of transition, uncertainty, and personal complexity, including women navigating leadership while balancing care journeys.

Neurodiversity at work

An estimated 15–20% of the global population is neurodivergent, including individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences. Yet workplaces are rarely designed with cognitive diversity in mind. Neurodivergent adults face unemployment rates as high as 30–40%, despite many possessing highly valuable strengths.
My perspective on this work is both professional and personal. As a leader and a parent raising a child with special needs, I’ve seen firsthand how environments that recognize different ways of thinking can unlock potential—for individuals, teams, and organizations.
The opportunity—and the challenge—for leaders is not simply awareness. It is designing workplaces, leadership practices, and team environments where different ways of thinking can truly contribute and thrive.
