Throughout my career, I have been driven by a core belief: meaningful change happens through authentic partnerships and transparent actions. With 15+ years at EY and Boeing, I am experienced in leading global transformation programs for clients, especially in the TMT/Media and Health industries.

I help organizations create value through AI adoption, agile ways of working, and effective change management. As a Columbia and ICF certified Executive Coach, I also partner with leaders and teams to navigate transitions, growth, and organizational change.

I am passionate about human-centered transformation and creating inclusive workplaces. My commitment to neurodiversity inclusion is inspired by my journey as a parent to a son with a rare disease and autism. This lived experience shapes my ability to guide women at work who are balancing care and career journeys.
