Hi! I’m Mansi, founder of Brighther Advisory, a transformation consultancy and leadership development firm focused on helping organizations and leaders navigate change with clarity, purpose, and impact.

With 15+ years of experience at EY and Boeing, I work with organizations to implement strategic transformation initiatives and change adoption programs, while also coaching executives and professionals to strengthen their leadership presence and effectiveness. My approach focuses on harnessing strengths, aligning values, and practicing mindful leadership, especially in the age of AI.

As a mother to two young boys, one on the autism spectrum, I am deeply committed to advancing neurodiversity inclusion. This personal experience informs my work supporting organizations in creating neurodiversity-affirming workplaces and helping other women navigating career and care journeys.
