Mansi coaches executives and professionals who want to have a greater impact and be more present in their roles and lives. Her approach focuses on harnessing strengths, aligning values, and practicing mindful leadership. She also consults on transformation, strategy, and change adoption programs.

As a mother to two young boys, one on the autism spectrum, she is committed to advancing disability inclusion in schools, communities, and the workplace.

In addition to being a Certified coach, Mansi has extensive experience leading complex transformation programs for global clients at Ernst & Young. She holds an M.B.A. and a M.A. in Communications from USC, and an Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University and is certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a certified Hogan and NBI and a LEND graduate with a certificate in Children with Special Health Care Needs from WIHD (Westchester Institute of Human Development). She lives in Astoria, New York and works with clients globally.
